Delta Dental of New Jersey, located in Parsippany, New Jersey is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Associate. This is a full time, hourly, hybrid position. Our associates are in the office on Tuesday and Wednesday and remote Monday, Thursday and Friday. Beginning in January 2025, our associates will be in the office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, and remote on Monday and Friday. The hourly rate is $22.05 and will be increasing 3.5% in June.

**Essential Functions & Responsibilities**
- Checks all math on incoming invoices and check requests to ensure accuracy.
- Completes accounts payable vouchers in Microsoft Dynamics and Crystal Reports.
- Enters vouchers into accounts payable system and process payments using Project Cost module.
- Matches checks issued by stapling to appropriate vouchers.
- Responsible for filing all vouchers in proper order.
- Mails Vendor checks via USPS and alert DDNJ associates to pickup expense checks when ready
- Prepare accrual journal entries for manager’s review for period close.
- Enter DDNJ assigned automobile mileage in excel file for yearend auto imputed income reporting.
- Other duties as assigned
