- Experience up-selling orders and accounts.
- Excellent verbal, communication, and listening skills.
- Professional phone manner and exceptional follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle a high-volume workload in a busy department.
- Computer skills required: MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, NetSuite.
