Responsibilities include:
Responsible for order management from order placement, processing and shipment. Duties include order confirmation process, Invoicing, and Shipping.

Responsible for accurate bookkeeping including accounts payable accounts receivable, journal entries, bank reconciliation. Reporting - Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cashflow, and updating daily sales metrics.

Maintain contact data in the company CRM system.

**Skills Needed**

ORDER AND SHIPPING MANAGEMENT

We have a mixture of large healthcare organizations all the way to individual consumer customers who order from us monthly. You will use Ship Station, ZOHO, Amazon, and WooCommerce (our online store) to process orders and manage inventory. Credit card processing via authorize.net and other processing gateways such as Google Pay, Paypal, Apple, Amazon and Facebook.

BOOKKEEPING:
Manage ZOHO Books and/or QuickBooks & complete sales team update report daily.

Weekly tasks include a/p, a/r, cashflow.

Monthly tasks include account reconciliation, Monthly BS, CF, IS reports. You’ll also meet with our CPA periodically.

**Software Currently Utilized - you need a firm grasp of most of these below**

We expect that you already have or can come up to speed quickly on the software tools you will use on a daily basis. Manage all customer data via ZOHO CRM. Process orders in ZOHO Books/Inventory. Ship via Ship Station, process credit cards using authorize.net. Some orders come in via the website which uses WooCommerce to process. We also use Google Docs/Sheets/Drive daily. We may be switching to QuickBooks so you need knowledge of this software as well.

Job duties may be added or changed at the discretion of the executive team.

**Compensation**:
TOTAL COMPENSATION POSSIBLE YR 1: $62,000.00

$50,000 to $56,000 base per year 40 hours per week

$2,500 per yr towards your health and wellness plan you choose your insurance

PTO / Vacation - 2 weeks

Non PTO - As needed. For sickness, family leave, or you just need a break

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 26 per week
