**HR Coordinator**
(Human Resources)

**Job Skills/Requirements**

This opportunity can be full-time or part-time

Listed below you will find the primary responsibilities, however the position is not limited those specific functions.

**Administrative**
- Provide coordination and support to the Human Resources department
- HRIS and benefit reporting a must
- Expert level Microsoft Excel experience required
- Complete employment verifications and/or verification letters utilizing internal guidelines
- Responsible for record keeping, file maintenance, HRIS entry
- Review/Process monthly billings from vendors, focused on accuracy, internal accounting codes and forwarding to AP for payment.
- Resolve discrepancies with vendors.
- Maintain accuracy in the creation of all new personnel files, to include follow-up on any missing information. Completion of filing tasks (i.e. file auditing, off-site storage coordination, maintaining compliance, etc.)
- Complete criminal background and drug screening
- Process Tuition program

**Employee Relations**
- Assist with new hire orientations and on-boarding activities to ensure associates gain an understanding of Company information and benefit plans and enrollment provisions
- Assist with the organization of Associate Relation special activities/events

**Recruitment/Staffing**
- Assist in staffing and recruitment
- Assist in completing reference checks and processing new hire background and drug screenings with the appropriate vendors

HR Experience beneficialBA preferred, Associate degree with experience considered
