With a mission spanning intellectual and developmental disabilities, behavioral health, homelessness, addiction recovery, and more, RHD serves thousands annually through compassionate and effective programs.

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Evaluator & Therapist to join our Rise Above Program in King of Prussia. This role involves conducting court-ordered biopsychosocial evaluations and formulating treatment recommendations for individuals within the program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial evaluations with clients.
  • Prepare detailed written reports summarizing clinical findings and treatment recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the Assistant Director and/or Program Director to address complex cases.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions as needed.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree from an accredited institution in a human service field.
  • Minimum two years of experience providing direct therapy in mental health, substance use, or intellectual and developmental disabilities.
  • Proficiency with standard business computer software and electronic healthcare databases.
  • Required clearances: ACT 33/34 (if program-specific) and FBI clearance (as needed).

Reporting Structure

This position reports directly to the Clinical Supervisor or Program Director.
