**Client Support Associates are expected to enact the following Responsibilities**:

- Input customer data and track sales records in our POS system
- Stay competitive with our client's competitors through research to better understand the services they are offering in comparison
- Create positive, trusting, and lasting relationships with customers to increase customer retention and long-term sales
- Collaborate with fellow Client Service Representatives on how to improve customer questions and ensure an unmatched customer experience
- Accept coaching to develop leadership skills and take on mentorship of new employees

**Education Qualifications Needed**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in Client Support, Customer Support, Sales, or related fields
- A Degree or pursuing a degree in a related field is a plus

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
