Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team and Sales Managers to understand client vision, portfolio performance, goals, and challenges.
  • Contribute to the development of client objectives to achieve goals in creative and effective ways.
  • Provide data-centric consultation to align client objectives with innovative solutions using TSYS products and services.
  • Work with the Business Intelligence team to develop business cases, use cases, and case studies to facilitate client conversations.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations to assist with go-to-market packaging.
  • Pursue opportunities to apply data and analytics to card issuer portfolio data.
  • Develop relationships with client counterparts through consulting engagements.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in the issuing and payment card business, with a strong understanding of card issuer perspectives and technology.
  • Consulting or experience providing expert advice and solutions in areas such as strategy, technology, and operations.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, Business, or equivalent work experience.
