The Associate Client Consultant will play a key role in driving client and product optimization across the TSYS Product Ecosystem. This will involve working closely with clients to optimize business processes using TSYS products, strengthening client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team and Sales Managers to understand client vision, portfolio performance, goals, and challenges.
- Contribute to the development of client objectives to achieve goals in creative and effective ways.
- Provide data-centric consultation to align client objectives with innovative solutions using TSYS products and services.
- Work with the Business Intelligence team to develop business cases, use cases, and case studies to facilitate client conversations.
- Conduct product demos and presentations to assist with go-to-market packaging.
- Pursue opportunities to apply data and analytics to card issuer portfolio data.
- Develop relationships with client counterparts through consulting engagements.
Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant experience in the issuing and payment card business, with a strong understanding of card issuer perspectives and technology.
- Consulting or experience providing expert advice and solutions in areas such as strategy, technology, and operations.
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, Business, or equivalent work experience.
