  • Support: Provide exceptional support to visitors and serve as a point of contact for clients.
  • Supplies: Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
  • Reports: Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and input data into databases and spreadsheets.
  • Policies: Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2 years of experience in an administrative support role.

A high school diploma or Associate degree in Office Administration, Business Administration, Communications, Information Technology, Human Resources Management, or Event Planning is required.
