Key Responsibilities- Communication: Respond to phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
- Scheduling: Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Note-taking: Take detailed meeting minutes and prepare meeting agendas.
- Filing: Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Support: Provide exceptional support to visitors and serve as a point of contact for clients.
- Supplies: Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
- Reports: Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and input data into databases and spreadsheets.
- Policies: Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2 years of experience in an administrative support role.
A high school diploma or Associate degree in Office Administration, Business Administration, Communications, Information Technology, Human Resources Management, or Event Planning is required.
