We are a rapidly growing start up in the education space, and we want someone motivated for growth to join our team. The Assistant Office Manager will help with the overall operation of our company and be second in command to the office manager. The duties will vary on a daily basis. However, some of the duties will be as follows:
Manage enrollments and all logistics for classes.
Enroll students in our programs and check in to maintain satisfaction.
Answering customer inquiries about our services and describing our services in detail.
Periodically meet with ownership to outline sales goals and discuss various business success metrics.
Communicate with tutors and assign them students and class assignments.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Preparing reports and analyzing data

Qualifications:
Excellent attention to detail and well organized.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with students, parents, colleagues
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Ability to meet deadlines
Ability to accomplish tasks and maintain professionalism under pressure
Knowledge of Google Docs and Sheets is a must
Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls in volume
Knowledge of CRM systems ideal but not necessary

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
