Job Summary

PNC is seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our Mortgage organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely submission of complete loan application files and enhancing loan officer productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loan Application Coordination: Assist high-producing loan officers in submitting complete loan application files, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation.
  • Communication and Coordination: Proactively communicate with processing sites, operations sites, customers, and loan officers to ensure a smooth loan application process.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure corporate quality standards are met by analyzing loan file documentation, accuracy of required documentation, and overall completeness.
  • Marketing and Sales Support: Assist in developing and maintaining a marketing database of new, existing, and previous customers for the solicitation of new business to support marketing plans.
  • Loan Officer Support: Ensure loan officers are connected to marketing platforms and monitor loan officer pipelines for various service level agreements.

Work Experience

Education
