Responsibilities of the Office Assistant:
- Handling phone calls and mail
- Responsible for accurately updating and maintaining records
- Help processing and invoicing orders
- Preparing monthly sales reports
- Reviewing and sending bills for payment
- Processing new customer accounts
- Assist the shipping department
Requirements of the Office Assistant:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, & Outlook
