Job Description
Hands on production supervisor with experience working in fast paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; both oral and written.
Able to work well with others and participate as part of a team.
Supervise and coordinate day to day activities of production personnel.
Instruct workers and monitor accuracy and performance.
Assist with special projects and process improvements as assigned.
Completes production plan by scheduling work centers; assigning personnel; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems;
Ensure efficient and accurate line changes.
Monitor and report daily production metrics.
Maintain and improve levels of quality and efficiency.
Monitor Safety and assure safe working conditions and habits.
Communicate expectations to employees in all areas of the plant.
Qualifications:
Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in in a lead or supervisory manufacturing role.
Bilingual English / Spanish required.
Ability to read, write and speak English is required.
Proficient in MS Office suite preferred
Experience with ERP usage and transactions preferred
