G R P is a 50 year old company. We are a leader in the reprographic industry. We are a distributor for HP and Oce copier systems. We also provide inside services for the industry.
The right person should have a customer-service mentality and should have a high level of comfort placing and receiving phone calls. A high level of computer competency is a must.
This is a permanent position.Hours: 9 - 5 M-F

**Responsibilities**:
- Utilize computer skills to perform administrative tasks efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients and visitors.
- Manage phone calls with proper etiquette and professionalism.
- Utilize Microsoft Office for various clerical tasks.
- Organize and maintain office files and documents.
- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate appointments and manage calendars effectively.
- Support office management with various tasks as needed.
Pay: $18.50 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
