Our client, a communication technologies company, has reached out to GA Rogers + Associates for assistance in hiring a skilled Operations Specialist. As a vital member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless functioning of our operations. Your contribution will be instrumental in driving the success of our business.

Operations Specialist responsibilities will include: 1. Process Management: High Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential. Maintaining accurate records of customer information, RFQ’s, PO’s and reconciliation. 2. Manage system integration projects from bid proposal through PO (Purchase Orders) to delivery (Supply Chain). 3. Interact with Account Managers, End Users and System engineers to ensure satisfactory delivery. 4. Assist with vendor relationships to ensure best pricing practices as well as FMF, ISO, TIA and export compliance. 5. Knolwedge of purchasing, vendor quotes and pricing negotiation. 6. Assist with maintaining all vendor and partner relationships and agreements including Line Cards, SLA, compliance, and pricing agreements. 7. Liaise with government procurement agencies for system integration deliverables and compliance. 8. Maintain database of all projects, RFP's, products, funding through delivery. 9. Assist Project Manager with all special projects as assigned. 10. Reporting and Documentation: Preparing reports and summaries as required. 11. Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to interact effectively with colleagues, clients, and vendors. Build partner relationships. Manage logistical partnerships with transportation vendors, supply chain and logistic partners for on time and on budget deliveries. Work in high pressure environments effectively. 12. Organization and Efficiency: Organizing work tasks efficiently. Improve processes where possible, using new technologies, improved workflows.

Qualifications: Strong Excel skills are a must. Familiarity with other MS Office tools (such as Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Dynamics 365) is essential.
