**SUMMARY**

The primary purpose of the A&D Account Specialist (ADAS) is to effectively coordinate workloads, merchandise, and events between commercial reps, departments, agencies, and suppliers. The ADAS is expected to deliver high quality, consistent, timely, engaging, personable sales support, while managing multiple projects with a sense of urgency yet simultaneously demonstrating keen attention to detail.

**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES**

Under the direction of the A&D Account Specialist Supervisor and A&D Director
- To provide dedicated, responsive, business-appropriate support for reps and customers
- To build and foster lasting relationships with customers and suppliers
- To coordinate with logistics to deliver accurate freight quotes, and make freight arrangements
- To efficiently navigate, utilize, and manage dedicated Data Management software
- Hubspot - to track leads, follow through on projects/deals, input all job/customer related data
- Commercial Quoting Manager (CQM) - inputting quotes following all the correct steps
- Navigator - solid knowledge of Navigator for inventory, orders, and pricing.
- Google Drive - familiarity with use and navigation, for all training documents, pricing spreadsheets, and general information
- To interpret, clarify, enter accurately, coordinate, and follow up on customer orders
- Weekly open order reports need to be reconciled
- To accurately enter purchase orders to suppliers, verify accuracy to proformas, and coordinate with purchasing to order materials. Follow up with tracking through the project.
- To secure payments through the requesting and collection of deposits and balances
- To register large projects with the appropriate suppliers
- To expedite sample submittals
- To calendarize, coordinate and follow up on orders and order logistics
- To coordinate internal workloads through warehouse, fabrication, accounting, purchasing, and other departments
- To manage and prioritize workload efficiencies
- To answer phone calls as they come in and respond promptly to inquiries
- To follow company policies and procedures, including best practices guidelines and workplace ethics
- To perform other duties as assigned

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
