Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

1. Conducts telephone communications to manage all facets of commercial client accounts.
2. Maintains an accurate customer database through timely data entry.
3. Addresses inquiries, resolves issues, and promotes and sells products/services.
4. Provides primary administrative support and coordination of commercial account activities for Business Development Representatives.
5. Drafts and reviews commercial service agreements.
6. Follows up with commercial clients during renewal periods.
7. Drives commercial growth through outbound communications to clients and prospects.
8. Contacts clients regarding outstanding balances on commercial accounts.
9. Develops, nurtures, and sustains effective client relationships with assigned commercial accounts.
10. Manages daily account activities for commercial clients.
11. Reviews commercial accounts, upsells existing clients, and seeks new clients.
12. Acts as a liaison between the branch and the client to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
13. Contacts clients regarding outstanding commercial account balances to meet branch and company receivable goals.

Qualifications and Experience

* High school diploma or GED is required; an Associate's degree is preferred.
* 2-3 years of experience in customer service is required.
* Experience in resolving escalated customer service issues is necessary.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is essential.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay ranges from $31 to $60,138.00. This range is based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the lower half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. In addition to monetary compensation, we offer benefits, including Medical/Dental/Vision insurance and Company-matching 401(k) in addition to other programs and perks.
