Our lead setters go out into neighborhoods educating home owners on how solar works in their specific neighborhood. And for homeowners that want more information, they set up an appointment for a solar specialist to go show them how solar would work for their specific home.

**Responsibilities**:

- Speak with homeowners about saving money through solar
- Collect information and schedule appointments for potential customers to meet with a technician and see a customized solar proposal
- Follow up with appointments to ensure meetings take place
- Answer questions of potentials customers while building trust
- Help present solar proposals to prospective customers

Qualifications:

- Excellent verbal communication
- Ability to communicate and connect with customers
- Excellent customer experience
- Honest and strong moral compass
- Reliable transportation
- Personal cell phone

**Duties**:

- Going home to home in neighborhoods educating home owners about the current federal and state mandates.
- Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through market research and data collection
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system
- Meet or exceed monthly appointment generation targets
