**Overall Assignment Description**:
**Required skills and Demonstrated Experience**:

- 11+ years of related experience
- Experience and demonstrated ability to extract and synthesize complex information to prepare briefings, staff material, read-aheads, presentations, and other material as required with attention to detail.
- Two to three years experience and demonstrated ability with appropriate data science, business intelligence, and visualization tools predominantly Tableau but could also include Python, R, SQL, or Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Possess a Bachelors Degree or higher in Operations Research, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a similar field with quantitative workforce analytics experience.
- Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative data analysis using descriptive (e.g., means, percentages) and inferential statistics (e.g., ANOVA, t-test, regression modeling techniques), making data-driven conclusions, and turning the findings into meaningful and or actionable recommendations.
- At least seven years related experience in the social science or workforce diversity related field.
- Demonstrated experience working independently or under limited supervisor and deliver outcomes on time.
- Demonstrated competency performing duties with little to no supervision.
- Demonstrated professional experience interacting with senior-level directors and agency heads/senior leadership.
- Experience utilizing both human capital data (e.g., promotion, attrition rates, internal churn) and diversity and inclusion topical areas (e.g., unconscious bias) are required.

**Desired skills and Demonstrated Experience**:

- Subject matter experts in quantitative and qualitative human capital research with advanced degrees in in a quantitative field.
- Proficiency in coding to include SQL

**Salary**: $125k - $135k

Pay: $125,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
