Position Overview:
As a Cybersecurity Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and integrity of our systems. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the implementation of essential government policies and providing recommendations for process improvements.
- Conducting thorough analyses to validate security requirements and suggesting additional safeguards as necessary.
- Supporting formal Security Test & Evaluation (ST&E) processes, including pre-test preparations and result analysis.
- Regularly reviewing system audits and monitoring corrective actions until resolution.
- Demonstrating technical and operational expertise in your primary duties and contributing to project implementation.
- Serving as a resource for managers and team members within the organization.
Basic Qualifications:
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
- Security+ |CE certification.
- Associate's Degree or higher with 0-3 years of experience, or a High School diploma/GED with 4 years of experience.
Desired Qualifications:
- Familiarity with research and analysis methodologies.
- Understanding of network and information system security principles.
- Knowledge of data control, labeling, and virus scanning practices.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with military personnel, civilians, and contractors.
- Strong task prioritization skills.
- Awareness of applicable IC and DoD policies related to IT, IA, and IM.
Minimum Clearance Required: Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph
