+ Financial Evaluation: Scrutinize financial information, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.

+ Trend Analysis: Recognize patterns, potential risks, and opportunities to guide strategic initiatives.

+ Management Insights: Deliver comprehensive insights to senior leadership regarding financial performance.

+ Budget Development: Formulate and oversee annual budgets and financial forecasts.

+ Collaboration: Work alongside department heads to establish revenue and expenditure expectations.

+ Forecast Consolidation: Aggregate forecasts from various departments to produce a unified company-wide financial plan.

+ Process Enhancement: Continuously refine forecasting methodologies and data analysis techniques.

+ Cost Management: Identify opportunities for cost reduction and advocate for their execution.

+ Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of analysts.

+ Task Management: Ensure timely execution of responsibilities such as budgeting, variance analysis, and efficiency enhancements.

+ Effective Communication: Interpret directives from executives (Director/VP, CFO, and CEO).

+ Stakeholder Engagement: Clearly convey financial insights to relevant stakeholders.

+ Recruitment and Development: Attract and train new team members.

+ Workplace Dynamics: Navigate organizational politics and manage diverse team dynamics.

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline (Master’s degree preferred).

+ Over 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.

+ Excellent communication abilities.

+ Experience in defense manufacturing or similar sectors is advantageous.

Salary Range: Competitive, commensurate with experience.
