Program Analyst Job Description

As a Program Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our projects by providing technical, administrative, and operational support to our contractor leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to contractor leadership, including participating in the execution of technical project plans, reports, and task orders.
  • Support planning efforts and provide recommendations on program events.
  • Interact with various levels of both the contractor and government program management office to support taskings and requests for information.
  • Support the development and quality assurance of project deliverables and products.
  • Maintain current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS and 2+ years of related job experience or an equivalent combination of years of experience and education.
  • Must demonstrate success and comfort in working with a diverse workforce, working alongside technical professionals in various levels of expertise.
  • Outstanding time management – ability to manage deadlines and quickly adapt to changes.
  • Demonstrated decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Previous federal contracting experience. Previous experiences supporting Department of Defense (DOD) Programs is preferred.
