**About the role**:
**What you will do**:

- Make outbound calls to existing and potential homeowner customers and educate them on Enphase products as well as the overall solar buying process.
- After consultation, connect customers with installers to complete their purchase and installation.
- Understand customer needs and offer solutions to help them.
- Maintain database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of customer information.
- Track customer interactions with customer service tickets.
- Answer potential customer questions and follow-up call questions.

**Who you are and what you bring**:

- Proven track record of selling solar products to homeowner customers.
- Demonstrated experience in lead qualification and appointment setting.
- Self-starter, and go-getter; able to work in fast-paced environments and comfortable working through unknowns.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM tools to drive productivity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
