Electrical Construction Supervisor, Electrical Project Management Specialist
CoreTechs is actively seeking experienced Electrical Construction Supervisors and Electrical Project Management Specialists to join our team.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE FOR SUPERVISORS:
  • Minimum of 5 years in a Commercial Electrical Contractor or Solar Energy environment.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Superintendent in electrical contracting.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE FOR PROJECT MANAGERS:
  • Minimum of 5 years in Commercial Electrical Contracting or Solar Energy, with a focus on trade-specific contracting, design, finance, and management.
  • At least 2 years of Project Management experience in electrical contracting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Oversee project coordination and enforce safety protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain documentation for all assigned projects.
  • Manage project planning, including the development and execution of pre-job plans and construction techniques.
  • Establish and maintain the Site Utilization Plan.
  • Lead the creation of a detailed initial CPM Schedule and manage updates and narratives.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to review equipment needs.
  • Evaluate monthly subcontractor payment applications to ensure alignment with actual work completed.
  • Coordinate and manage all subcontractors and vendors, facilitating weekly coordination meetings.
  • Maintain precise timekeeping and cost records.
  • Plan and manage self-performance activities effectively.
  • Analyze weekly labor reports and monthly job cost reports to identify areas needing attention.
  • Implement and oversee a Quality Control Program, including QA/QC processes.
  • Adhere to all jobsite reporting requirements, including daily reports and weekly updates.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering, or 7-10 years of relevant field leadership experience.
  • Preferred: 1+ years of experience in solar construction.
  • Highly preferred: Self-perform construction management experience.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • OSHA 30 certification (to be completed within the first 6 months of employment).
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong knowledge of project accounting, estimating, scheduling, and purchasing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong supervisory capabilities.
  • Demonstrated experience in maintaining safe job sites.
  • Possession of a valid driving license.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Compensation will be determined based on experience.
