**Compliance Assistant Responsibilities**:

- Assist with medical invoices
- Maintain correspondence with medical facilities regarding DOT drug testing results
- Follow up to receive missing documents from medical facilities
- Input incoming medical information into Academy’s internal program
- Assist in Federal Department of Transportation audits

**Compliance Assistant Minimum Qualifications/Requirements**:

- At least 2 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency working in a PC-based work environment to include intermediate to advanced Excel experience, basic to intermediate understanding of MS Word
- Strong clerical and administrative skills in a corporate environment
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- A go getter, takes initiative, is a quick learner and team player who takes responsibility and ownership of their work
- Experience with drug and alcohol in the transportation field is preferred

**Compliance Assistant** **Desired Characteristics**:

- Displays a professional, detailed-oriented and pro-active approach when interacting with applicants, employees, clients, potential clients, and visitors
- Demonstrates strong verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Comfort in handling a fast paced, high volume, work environment required.
