Key Responsibilities as a Regulatory Compliance Coordinator:

  • Manage incoming communications, providing effective solutions to clinic-related inquiries
  • Assist with medical billing processes
  • Engage with medical institutions regarding outcomes of DOT drug tests
  • Locate and retrieve missing documentation from healthcare providers
  • Input incoming medical information into our internal database
  • Support Federal Department of Transportation audits

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements for Regulatory Compliance Coordinator:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience
  • Proficient in PC-based environments, with intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and basic to intermediate skills in MS Word
  • Experience with daily business email systems, preferably MS Outlook
  • Strong clerical and administrative capabilities in a corporate environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, effectively prioritize tasks, and utilize time efficiently
  • Self-motivated, quick learner, team-oriented, and accountable for work
  • Preferably knowledgeable in drug and alcohol regulations within the transportation industry

Desired Characteristics for Regulatory Compliance Coordinator:

  • Demonstrates a professional, detail-oriented, and proactive approach when interacting with applicants, employees, clients, and visitors
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to work independently
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment
