Titol Production Coordinator

**Job Description + Responsibilities**:
- Enter and manage information for each SKU in company systems and shared documents
- Manage daily follow ups and check ins with vendors and factories to ensure projects remain on schedule and deliveries are completed in a timely manner
- Provide constant updates to the production and brand teams on progress across all SKUs
- Create product set up sheets, SKUs, POs, ship labels as needed for all projects, then sharing that information with respective teams
- Ensure that all POs are being placed in a timely manner
- Maintain all records and documents that are shared internally with finance which includes properly coding and processing all invoices and charges from vendors
- Manage all incoming and outgoing samples and ensure they are properly labeled and organized
- Oversee all incoming and outgoing shipments from our office or vendors and prep them for internal or external review
- Work closely with production and brand teams to compile any necessary information for product on tour or launching on artist store
- Provide overall administrative support to the different teams as needed

The Pay Range for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
