**Position Overview**:
As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will be acting as a critical link between employees and the Human Resources Director. The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for supporting the daily operations of Lux’s Human Resources department, including administrative duties pertaining to onboarding, benefits, and employee engagement. The Human Resources Coordinator carries out responsibilities in some or all the following functional areas: Benefits, HRIS, training, compliance, reporting, employee engagement, and general human resources administration.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- High-volume data entry: enter and update personnel information in various HR systems;
- High-volume scheduling: arrange and coordinate interviews, orientations, and other meetings;
- Prepare paperwork, including offer letters, pre-employment forms, personnel action notices, and termination documents;
- Coordinates various new hire processes such as E-Verify, I-9 compliance, employee badging and client-based requirements;
- Compose new hire and employee departure announcements;
- Generate reports and presentations: collect, organize, and review data using Microsoft programs including Excel, Word, and Power Point;
- Assign employee training and track completion status;
- Assist with internal and external human resource inquiries;
- Conduct training sessions and seminars;
- Update records of new and existing staff;
- Collaborate with the entire human resources team

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of human resource experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work efficiently and independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Experience with ADP or similar HRIS a plus

**Schedule**:

- **Monday-Friday**:

- **8:00 AM to 5:00 PM**

**Pay Rate**:

- **The hourly wage range that Lux Bus America reasonably expects to pay for the position is $28.00-$30.00 per hour.**
