Key Responsibilities:
The HR Coordinator will be responsible for:

  1. Processing new hire documentation, conducting background checks, coordinating drug screenings, and completing I9/E-Verify procedures.
  2. Managing status changes, termination paperwork, promotions, and other personnel changes, ensuring all necessary approvals are obtained prior to processing in the HRIS.
  3. Maintaining licensure and certification records to ensure compliance with federal, state, and regulatory standards.
  4. Processing employee evaluations and keeping personnel records current.
  5. Assisting with hospital recognition initiatives and addressing general Human Resources inquiries from employees.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience:

  1. A Bachelor's degree is required, or a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
  3. Prior experience in Human Resources is necessary.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.
  5. Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

Compensation and Benefits:
West Anaheim Medical Center offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package designed to meet the diverse needs of our employees. Our Total Rewards program includes paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision insurance, tuition reimbursement, and various voluntary benefit options. The estimated compensation range for this position is $24.00 to $34.70 per hour, with the final offer determined based on factors such as skills, experience, education, and credentials.
