**Position Summary/Purpose of Position**:

- Reporting to the Program Manager for Recruitment and Outreach, the Program Coordinator for Recruitment and Outreach will lead the Clark Ambassador Program and support all recruitment
and outreach activities for the college.

- Bachelor’s degree.

**Experience**:

- At least 2-4 years of related experience working with students in a role related to undergraduate admissions, student recruitment, and/or student programming.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of students, administration, faculty, staff, and other constituents and colleagues.
- Experience in managing and tracking data.
