**Shift Hours**:
Full-Time 1.00 FTE (40 hours/week), Days (Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm), Weekends and Evenings as needed
**Consults, develops and implements integrated Human Resources (HR) strategies to support achievement of operating goals and objectives. Serves as HR Business Partner with an operating team. Responsible for partnering on key HR strategies and programs such as performance management, compensation, recruitment, retention, employee relations, workforce planning and employee development and training. Assists leadership in planning, implementing and evaluating HR initiatives. Following are duties (not all inclusive):

- Partners with business unit leaders to develop and deliver strategic HR solutions to achieve business unit goals.
- Partners with business unit leaders to align HR practices with business strategy and identify potential barriers to goal attainment.
- Provides counsel and support to leaders and/or employees in the administration of HR policies and procedures.
- May provide resolution of employee relations and performance issues.
- Uses knowledge of Human Resources, legal and regulatory requirements in conjunction with market best practice to ensure business unit compliance and competitiveness.
- Collects and analyzes HR data and develops recommendations and action plans to address issues.
- Supports the implementation of HR programs, communications and initiatives.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree required with course emphasis in human resource management preferred.

Two to five years Human Resources, Business Partner or Leader experience required. Previous experience working in healthcare industry preferred.
