Our client, a dynamic organization in the Green Bay area, is seeking a skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily tasks of human resource programs, including compensation, benefits, and leave, labor relations, disciplinary matters, performance management, productivity, recognition, safety, and training and development.
  • Handle employee-related inquiries and provide support to employees.
  • Assist with recruiting initiatives, including job fairs, interviewing, and sourcing candidates.
  • Attend and lead teammate disciplinary meetings, investigations, and terminations.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
  • Participate in developing departmental goals and objectives.
  • Maintain HR information system records and reports.
  • Complete ad-hoc projects as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of HR experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The compensation philosophy reflects the company's reasonable expectation at the time of posting. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, experience level, and overall qualifications. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive program, subject to the governing rules.
