Our client, a dynamic organization in the Green Bay area, is seeking a skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform daily tasks of human resource programs, including compensation, benefits, and leave, labor relations, disciplinary matters, performance management, productivity, recognition, safety, and training and development.
- Handle employee-related inquiries and provide support to employees.
- Assist with recruiting initiatives, including job fairs, interviewing, and sourcing candidates.
- Attend and lead teammate disciplinary meetings, investigations, and terminations.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
- Participate in developing departmental goals and objectives.
- Maintain HR information system records and reports.
- Complete ad-hoc projects as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of HR experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The compensation philosophy reflects the company's reasonable expectation at the time of posting. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, experience level, and overall qualifications. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive program, subject to the governing rules.
