Job Summary:

The Human Resources Generalist (HRG) is a key member of the Bay Area Hospital team, responsible for delivering high-quality HR services to support the organization's strategic initiatives. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) across the HR function, the HRG will work closely with the Human Resources Business Partner to drive business outcomes and achieve top decile performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives to support business objectives
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Lead and coordinate HR projects and tasks to drive business outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals
  • Develop and maintain HR metrics and analytics to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in HR operations or a related field
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality HR services and driving business outcomes
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
