We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Office Admin & Bookkeeping Specialist to ensure smooth business operations. This role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining operational excellence. You will be a key player in our team, overseeing both administrative and financial tasks to support our ongoing growth and success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently manage calendars, appointments, and customers' inquiries.
- Coordinate office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness.
- Monitor and manage vendor forms, and insurance certificates, ensuring all necessary documentation is current and readily available.
- Assist during insurance audits and provide necessary support during tax season.
- Maintain multiple QuickBooks files with the utmost accuracy and efficiency.
- Play an active role in marketing initiatives, network with industry peers, and represent our brand in various events.
- Maintain and update our website and social media platforms, ensuring that our online presence resonates with our brand values.
- Collaborate closely with the office manager, owners, and estimator/sales reps, providing vital support on a diverse range of projects.

**Experience**:

- Proficient in Quickbooks desktop
- Comfortable using Apple computers
- Proven experience in bookkeeping, office administration, phone etiquette
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with schedule management and calendar tools

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
