**Position Overview as follows**:
**Reports to**:Service Manager

**Position Schedule**:
This position will require the employee’s primary schedule to be set during normal business hours and will be full-time Monday-Friday from 08:00a.m.04:30p.m and occasional Saturday coverage.
- Run weekly BIT/Opacity reports in Fusion of units upcoming/due/past due
- Create spreadsheets in MS Exel of unit locations and dates due for both BIT and Opacity
- Utilize Fusion L/R contract to locate customer contact information for specific units, for use of notification of upcoming Preventative Maintenance
- Distribute work to assigned teaM/Fleet-techs to perform on-site or in-house PM services
- Assist in daily yard checks, locate and verify units on yard are current on BIT, PM or Opacity services
- Review incoming work orders from services performed and update on fusion and/or notify client of any follow-up/major repairs needed
- Pull back-up data when requested, for CHP inspections performed on our clients
- Issue back-up data or records to clients, should they require back up for their files
- Schedule outside vendors to perform services outside our service range or hours
- Arrange a sub unit with Rental department for leased customer units that are brought in for service or repairs
- Open, process and scan all work orders for BIT’s, PM’s, Opacity’s and follow-ups
- Assist in Creating in Fusion the service intervals (BIT, PM, Opacity) for all company units
- Coordinate with Service Manager to identify potential service breakdowns that are rebillable to the client.

**Assist**
- Assist shop Supervisor(s) throughout shift answering phones, dispatching service-calls or assigning jobs
- Assist and cover shop counter when Supervisor is out ill, on vacation or has a day off
- Maintain a “flexible” schedule to assist shop needs (e.g.: Cover swing-shift, come in early to open shop)
- Assist service writer closing work orders, BITs and PM
- Assist and cover parts counter when needed
- Gather, locate and store parts in assigned bin locations
- Assist Service Branch Manager by gathering information needed for his projects or inquiries
- Assist Service Branch Manager with confidential paperwork as needed, in their absence as requested
- Assist and gather information for Cummins on QuickServe Online (QSOL)
- Other job assignments as requested by manager.
