Business Development Representative

Overview:
**Duties**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target industries
- Utilize Salesforce or similar software to track and manage leads
- Engage in warm calling and outbound calling to prospective clients
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and present solutions
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively pitch services or products

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in technical sales, inside sales, or telemarketing
- Familiarity with technology sales processes and strategies
- Strong communication skills to engage with clients and internal teams effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
