Prepare and maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and other documentation using our internal systems. Assist in the resolution of billing discrepancies, disputes, and other operational issues as they arise. Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continually improve operational efficiency. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive process improvements and enhance customer satisfaction.You've Got This? Previous experience in international operations, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in the freight forwarding industry. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in using logistics software, Cargowise, TMS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of international shipping regulations, INCO terms, and customs procedures is advantageous. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
