**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Team Leadership**: Lead and manage a Customer Solutions team, providing direction, support, and mentorship to ensure team success and achievement of departmental goals.
- **Customer Support**: Oversee the resolution of customer inquiries, issues, and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the Customer Solutions team, implementing initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
- **Performance Management**: Monitor team performance and KPIs, providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure continuous improvement and achievement of performance targets.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Collaborate with other departments such as Outside Sales, Manufacturing, and Quality Assurance to address customer needs and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- **Training and Development**: Provide training and development opportunities to the Customer Solutions team to enhance their skills and capabilities, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
- **Reporting and Analysis**: Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- **Customer Advocacy**: Serve as a customer advocate within the organization, representing the voice of the customer and driving initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
- 4-6 years of experience in a customer-focused role, with a preference for high end residential construction, contracting and lighting experience.
- Proven experience in team management and working collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Detail-oriented with a results-driven mindset and a bias toward action.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
