**ABOUT US**:
Description
Provides support for various procurement and administrative tasks. Acts as point-of-contact with upper management, administrative, budget, and property management staff. Provides guidance to staff on Federal guidelines and procedures. Develops, maintains and updates spreadsheets for personnel, budget, and travel actions. Prepares inventory and purchase requests; assists with property management. Coordinates with upper management on special projects. Researches and proposes new administrative procedures.
**Required Qualifications**
**Experience**
Two (2) years experience in related field. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint). Strong organizational and time management skills. Researches and proposes new adminstratic procedures.
**Education**
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field. Four (4) years of specialized experience plus a High School diploma is equivalent to a Bachelor's degree.
