Position Overview

The Food and Beverage Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of food and beverage services.

Key Responsibilities

The F&B Manager will be accountable for upholding the highest standards of hospitality at Round House Theatre, which includes managing the in-house café and bar, as well as catering for Development and Marketing events and private gatherings.

This position requires close collaboration with the Facilities Manager and the Audience Services team to ensure a premium experience for all patrons and guests.

Moreover, the F&B Manager will partner with the Development and Marketing teams to implement and support strategies that involve food and beverage operations.

Work Schedule

This role necessitates availability during evenings and weekends.

Additional Duties

Alongside café management, the F&B Manager will also assist with box office operations during weekdays, contingent upon the performance schedule.
