The International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) is looking for a Training Attendee Experience Coordinator to join the team.

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**:

- Produce live online classes (typically offered in four 4-hour sessions over two weeks or two 8-hour days). Tasks include opening day remarks, responding to questions from the trainer and participants, introducing the trainer, and closing remarks.
- On occasion, and with prior approval, facilitate live online trainings outside of North American time zones to accommodate enterprise clients around the world.
- Provide technical assistance to registrants and trainers having difficulty accessing the platform or having video and/or audio issues. Pivot to alternative platform if necessary to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Familiarize faculty with IAPP live online training technology and operational requirements; troubleshoot issues prior to class delivery. Fulfill faculty requests for live online recordings. Confirm materials and timeline with faculty prior to the start of each class.
- Support client live online trainings. Work with sales to inform scheduling, participate in client meetings, send schedule invites and reminders to attendees, update materials and scripts as needed.
- Conduct pre
- Create and update process documentation for all assigned responsibilities.
- For IAPP events, assemble training staff packets, reconcile no shows, create and maintain event-specific decision register and documentation.
- Coordinate Training Advisory Board meetings: schedule, gather agenda items, take and distribute meeting notes. Send agreements to new members.
- Perform general administrative activities to support the department.
- Some travel required.
- Represent the IAPP in a professional way and aligned with the IAPP values. Ensure the smooth execution of the assigned trainings and provide excellent customer experience.
- Additional duties as assigned.

**Skills and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.); and up to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
