Job Overview:

The Sales Support team at Loftware provides administrative and functional support to the Direct and Channel Sales teams. This can range from proposal and legal documentation management, install-base licensing research, and other necessary tasks to support enterprise sales on a global level.


Location: The ideal candidate will live in proximity to one of our office locations in either Portsmouth, New Hampshire USA, Wokingham UK, or Ljubljana Slovenia. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.


Work Environment: Hybrid, may require some in-office work (1-2 days per week depending on the needs of the team/business).


Responsibilities:

  • Coordination of sales opportunity documentation supporting enterprise level business.
  • Assists in quote document creation.
  • Manages and Reviews Services involved Statements of Work.
  • Creates pricing within internal systems to align products within Salesforce.com.
  • Liaison with legal department regarding agreements.
  • Coordinates RFP/RFQ process in Loopio project management tool.
  • Responsible for answering the sales queue and all calls routed from Technical Support.
  • Phone and Inbound Email Inbox Management.
  • Supports Account Research efforts to identify license deployments and organization use footprints.
  • Facilitates quarterly sales meetings & events.
  • May include travel arrangements for employees.
  • Event Location Booking and Coordination.
  • Internal meal/concessions.
  • Manages Schedule and Meeting Invitations / Attendee List.


Required Qualifications:

  • Experience with MS-Office suite – focus on Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
  • 1 - 3 years’ experience in a sales or business team environment or equivalent.


Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and written skills.
  • Detail oriented and able to conceptualize content requirements for agreements and contracts
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote work environment.
  • Ability to work independently yet support team responsibilities on an on-going basis.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced, sales environment.
  • Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with virtual teams including Marketing, Solution Engineers, Sales, and Services.
  • Flexible with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines.
