Job Summary
Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations as well as strategic projects in the HR Operations and HR Systems disciplines. This role will lead a team of Coordinators, Analysts, and Specialists across multiple areas, and interact with executive leaders throughout the organization. The focus of this role is to ensure our global HR processes and programs are meeting the needs of our employees while aligning to organizational objectives.

**Responsibilities**:
The incumbent may be asked to perform other function-related activities in addition to the below mentioned responsibilities as reasonably required by business needs.
- Manage, mentor and lead the HR Operations and HRIS Teams.
- Strong project and process management skills and the ability to effectively execute.
- For more difficult issues, be the point of escalation to provide guidance and expertise. Communicate findings and make recommendations for issue resolution and help guide decisions.
- Manage team’s SLAs and priorities, while ensuring workload for each member is optimized.
- Assist HRBPs with organizational structure activities and data requests (i.e. Organizational Charts, Report Generation, etc.).
- Create and update process documents to improve the departments operations and increase efficiency.
- Manage relationship with HR vendors across all HR Ops.
- Manage budget expectation and approvals as it relates to HR Ops.
- May perform administrative duties for the HR Department such as conducting research, updating templates, generating reports, and preparing materials.
- Assists annual projects such as Talent Review, Succession Planning, Performance Review, and others by creating/updating/generating information and templates.
- Recommends, develops, and implements programs to promote employee performance, engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Oversee employment law compliance and compliance to regulatory concerns.
- Embody and deliver the “Exceptional Everyday”

**Qualifications**:
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS)

Experience
- 4-6 years of HR Operations Experience
- 1-2 years of Managerial Experience
- Experience with Dayforce HRIS preferred
- Bonus points for experience managing an HR function through a merger or acquisition
- Working knowledge of HR Polices, Practices, and procedures

- Ability to multitask and prioritize while maintaining a customer focused mindset and positive attitude.
