International Benefits Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and self-directed individual to join our Corporate HR Operations Team as an International Benefits Specialist. This role will provide a full range of HR support to our global HR team, focusing on overall employee onboarding, transaction processing, and international benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer international employee benefits programs, enrollments, and billing, supporting the global benefit plan renewal process.
- Coordinate receipt, auditing, processing, and tracking of invoices related to international Benefit plans.
- Interact with other business functions (Payroll, A/P, Legal, etc.) to resolve specific employee benefit issues.
- Liaise with external brokers, vendors, and providers to resolve employee issues.
- Complete benefit onboarding and offboarding and respond to employee inquiries.
- Ongoing maintenance of benefit communication materials on company intranet.
- Ensure accurate data entry in Oracle HRIS.
- Provide basic reporting and data analysis using Excel.
- Research and coordinates resolution of missing or incorrect data.
- Effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of three years working in Human Resources with an international benefits focus. Data Analytics experience also preferred.
- Both domestic and international benefits administration experience a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and set operational priorities to meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, prioritization, and follow-up skills with ability to identify and solve problems.
- Self-motivated to seek out answers, generate ideas, and develop new skills.
- Must have a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Vlookup and Pivot Tables preferred.
- HRIS experience required. Oracle HRIS a plus.
- Ability to handle confidential data with appropriate sensitivity and security.
- Excellent collaboration, verbal, and written communication skills.
