Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement facilities policies and practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Oversee facilities planning activities, including space allocations, moves, and facilities construction, modification, and maintenance.
  • Direct and manage a team of facilities staff and contractors to ensure that facilities operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Develop and monitor facilities-related budgets and ensure that they are aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Support all divisional initiatives and ensure that facilities operations are aligned with company quality management systems and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 5-8 years of related experience, including prior supervisory experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and matrixed environment.
  • Experience selecting and managing vendors and contracts, with a strong understanding of facilities management principles and practices.
  • Ability to travel approximately 10% of the time.
