Golden Care Agency, LLC is seeking an individual who will be our primary **Receptionist and Recruiter **for caregivers to care for our **individuals/clients.** This is a multi-faceted position with a range of responsibilities including:

- **Recruiting** caregivers for our clients
- **Coordinating Training **for our caregiving staff facilitating state mandated continuing education
- **Coordinates and communicates** with Long Term Care insurance companies to facilitate reimbursement to our clients
- **General Office Duties include** answering phones, communicating electronically, filing, putting together an employee and Client blinders etc.
- **Facilitate a quick initial orientation** with new hires to orient them to our technology, policies and procedures, and to help them start their new role
- **Encouraged to be knowledgeable in the following aspects**: scheduling appointments etc.
- Must also be flexible and able to function well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail is a must
- Leadership skills and fast decision making skills are extremely important
- Willing to learn new concepts quickly
- At least 2+ years of customer service experience

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

- Woodbridge, VA: Relocate before starting work (required)
