Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at Home Helpers of Woodbridge. This role plays a critical part in our daily operations and enables us to provide exceptional care to our patients by overseeing office management.
The ideal candidate will be an expert at managing multiple priorities, possess excellent communication and computer skills, and have a positive attitude with good people skills and a professional appearance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and staff all new cases and fill any open shifts as needed in a timely manner.
- Utilize our software application as the basis for all scheduling.
- Act as the primary contact with potential clients and caregivers.
- Participate in the interview, hiring, and training process for all new staff.
- Manage client and employee files ensuring content complies with state and federal regulations.
- Keep documentation logs for all events, incidents, complaints, etc. that occur for both clients and staff.
- Assist with filing, copying, and administrative tasks.
- Ensure all office cleaning, ordering of supplies, and maintenance as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Good communication, computer, and organizational skills.
- Possess a positive attitude, good people skills, and a professional appearance.
- Customer service experience.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good work ethic.
