**Summary/Objective**

The Community Association Manager will support all assigned Associations’ Boards of Directors by gathering information to assist in their decision-making processes, implement the decisions of those boards, and oversee the operations of those associations according to the policies and guidelines set by their respective boards.

**Supervisory Responsibility**

None for this position.

**Position Type and Expected Hours of Work**

This is a full-time position; typical work hours and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

**Travel/ Driving**

Must have reliable transportation and be able to drive to other work locations.

**Required Education and Experience**
- BS/BA or equivalents
- 2-3 Years Industry Experience (desired)
- Community Associations Institute (CAI), AMS® or CMCA® certifications (desired) Community Associations Institute (CAI), PCAM® (desired).
