Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Project Manager to join our Advancement Communications team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the planning and delivery of creative projects, ensuring timely and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring alignment with team goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with writers, designers, and other stakeholders to create engaging and effective communications materials.
  • Analyze metrics and provide insights to inform project decisions and improve future outcomes.
  • Work closely with fundraisers, event staff, and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Provide regular updates on project progress and address any emerging challenges or conflicts.
Requirements
  • At least four years of experience in creative project management, preferably in a higher education or advancement communications setting.
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with project management software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite and Google Analytics.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to build trust and respect among colleagues and stakeholders, with a diplomatic and adaptable approach to problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with higher education and advancement communications, with a strong understanding of the industry's trends and best practices.
  • Experience working with in-house creative teams, external agencies, and vendors to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Ability to analyze and summarize complex information for executive review and decision-making.
