**Facilities/Maintenance Assistant**

Scenic Ridge Company is seeking a full-time _Facilities/Maintenance Assistant _to perform a wide range of maintenance and custodial duties in order to provide a clean and safe environment for our personnel and guests.

Essential to the role are:

- Assist or perform maintenance, and repair of facilities and grounds
- Landscape or Excavation experience preferred
- Electrical or HVAC experience preferred
- Strong communications skills needed
- Computer proficiency essential (MS Office)
- Experience in related field or post-high school education.
- Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to keep company information strictly confidential.

Successful applicant will be required to work 8-10 hours in a office and shop environment and would be based on a 40+ hour work week.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 - 50 per week
