Job Summary:
Infinity Remediation Services is a well-established remediation company. We work with home builders, property management companies and home owners to remediate, repair and reconstruct signal and multi-family properties. We have an opening in our Accounting Department for a full time Accounts Receivable Assistant. The individual we are seeking must be a problem solver, analytical, detail-oriented and able to follow written and verbal directions.

**Duties**:

- Requesting Purchase Orders
- Coding Vouchers
- Invoice Processing
- Working in Builder Portals
- Data entry
- Business to Business Collections
- Create Lien Releases
- Clerical and Admin Functions such as Scanning, Filing, Etc.

General Department Support

**Experience**:

- Team Player and Customer Service mindset with the willingness to jump in and help when needed
- Experience in Service Billing and Builder Portals is Preferred but not required
- Proven time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability and willingness to learn new systems
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
